Preparing for your first class
Before attending your first class at Mum & Baby Wellness Club, please ensure you've completed your mandatory 1:1 call to discuss your health and any specific considerations. For class, wear comfortable, breathable clothing and supportive footwear. Bring water to stay hydrated. If your baby is joining, pack essentials like nappies, wipes, a change of clothes, and a blanket or carrier. Arriving a few minutes early helps you settle in. Approach the class with patience and an open mind; every mum and baby moves at their own pace, and the goal is to enjoy the time together!
