My vision is to create a nurturing space where mothers, like you, can find support, strength, and connection during the incredible journey of pregnancy and early motherhood. The inspiration: a personal journey
Having been passionate about fitness for years, my perspective truly shifted when I became pregnant. I was eager to find prenatal fitness classes that not only supported physical health but also prepared me for birth and the profound changes of motherhood. What I found was a gap – nothing offered the comprehensive support and community I craved. This personal realisation became the spark for The Mum and Baby Wellness Club. I wanted to create a place where expectant mothers could access safe, supportive fitness, guidance, and a true sense of belonging. And crucially, a space where mothers could return post-birth, with their little ones, to recover, rebuild strength, and navigate early motherhood together.

What you'll feel and achieve
My deepest wish is for every mum who joins us to feel truly supported, confident, and never alone. Pregnancy and early motherhood can be overwhelming, and here, you'll find a welcoming community where you can show up exactly as you are. Through our gentle, mindful sessions, you'll feel stronger both physically and mentally, gaining the knowledge and confidence to trust your body during pregnancy, birth, and recovery. This isn't about intense workouts, but about self-care and learning to nurture your changing body. Most importantly, I want you to leave each session feeling uplifted, calmer, and more connected – to your body, your baby, and the incredible mums around you, ready for the journey ahead.

It's a sanctuary created specifically with mums in mind – a comfortable, supportive, and understanding space during such a transformative time. We don't focus on intense workouts or unrealistic expectations. Instead, our sessions gently support your body through pregnancy and recovery, prioritising your mental and emotional wellbeing. You'll learn to prepare for birth, safely rebuild strength after baby arrives, and listen to your body's wisdom. Critically, our unique community aspect means you can come exactly as you are, with no pressure or judgement, and babies are always welcome. It’s a relaxed environment to move, learn, share experiences, and build genuine friendships with other mums walking the same path.
